Please note: All staffing and admin actions needs to be done through the desktop view.
To access your Roster, follow the steps below navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click the following icon, then click 'Roster'.
Off Roster List:
To view a list of employees who are not working for the day, navigate to the top-left corner of the screen and click on the following icon:
While general users can view who is off, only those with the correct permissions will be able to see the reason why.
Navigating Between Days and Battalions:
To switch between dates, click the date in the top-left corner of the screen. Use the arrows to move between months, then select the desired day to view.
To view by battalion use the dropdown menu labeled 'Battalion' (this label will vary by department.
Responsibilities:
This section enables staffers to assign responsibilities/tasks for one-time or recurring shifts to specific employees - this can only be edited through desktop.
To view this information, open the ‘Responsibilities’ dropdown menu located in the top-left corner of the screen, which displays all current assignments and their designated employees
