Auctions

Call Down Auctions are when Departments utilize time rounds for bidding. The Auction will call down a sorted list and each user will be assigned a max number of bids as well and a set duration per round.

Open Bid Auctions do not utilize rounds, instead all users are allowed access to the bid immediately. The Auction remains active for a set time period and once closed the vacation bids are awarded based on a pre determined sort order.
